New Orientations start in June |

Interested in owning your own home?
Come to the Habitat Homeowner Orientation on Saturday, June 5 at 10:00 AM at the Longmont Public Library.
There will be a follow up meeting on Saturday, February 13 at 10:00 AM.
You must attend both meetings to be considered for a Habitat Home.

How Does the Program Work? |
|
|
Habitat Homes are affordable because they are:
Built by volunteers working with future homeowners
Sold at cost and for no profit
House payments iniciated at 25-30% of the homeowners monthly income
0% interest mortgage loans
Habitat Homeowners are required to:
Contribute 350-500 hours of “sweat equity”
Attend budgeting, home maintenance and other classes
To apply for a Habitat Home one must:
Attend an orientation and follow-up meetings
Turn in all paperwork, including financial documents, on time
Volunteer 6 hours with Habitat
Be interviewed by a selection committee
